1 lb. ground beef Mild Italian sausage (2-3) 4 cloves garlic 1 medium-sized yellow onion 2 jars gluten free spaghetti sauce of choice (you will probably only use 1 ½) 6 oz. provolone cheese, sliced 6 oz. mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 egg 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp.
